Uppsala Brygghus Code of Conduct

Uppsala Brygghus is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of staff, partners or customers in any form. All communication should be appropriate and inclusive for all, including people of diverse backgrounds, sexual orientations and cultures. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate.

Be kind. Do not insult or defame participants. Harassment in any form, sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes are not condoned.

Uppsala Brygghus works hard to become a physically and mentally safe space and any violation of our Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action and/or termination of employment or business relationship. Anyone who observes or participates in an incident that violates the Code of Conduct must report it to management for concern. We are a community and a transgression against one is a transgression against all. We are committed to increasing diversity in Uppsala Brygghus and in the brewing industry.
